Group Reservation Policies

A reservation is considered a group reservation if someone is booking three or more rooms.

A credit card must be on file at the time of booking. Rooms may be put under the group

reservation name or individual guest names, but a credit card is required for all rooms either way.

All rooms will be charged for the stay using the card on file 30 days out from the arrival date. If

rooms are not canceled or put into individual guest names and credit cards 30 days out from the

arrival date, the card on file at time of booking will be charged. There are no exceptions to this

policy.

Group reservations or individual rooms booked under a group reservation MUST be canceled a

minimum of 30 days out from date of arrival.
